Midulate Mini - Pre-order FAQ

What does it mean?

Pre-ordering Midulate Mini means that you buy your unit now before they go on general sale. Once the first production run of units is complete yours will ship first.

Why are we doing this?

Pre-orders allow us to gauge how many units to make. The more we can make in a single batch, the cheaper they are to manufacture and therefore the cheaper we can sell them for.

When will I receive my order?

We are looking to have all units shipping by 28th September 2026. Note that depending on where you are in the world, it may still take a little longer to get to you.

What happens if it is delayed?

If there are any issues that push the shipping past 28th September, we will communicate those to you via email. This will include an update on the expected shipping date. If you decide you don't want to wait anymore you will be able to claim a full refund, no questions asked.
